AI location radar: When you enter a city, a short assessment of the local kitchen-market potential can be generated live by an AI language model. These texts are created automatically at the moment of your request and are labelled directly at the result ("AI location radar", "Generated with AI · for information only · non-binding"). They are a first orientation and do not replace a joint location review with our team.

The editorial content of this website — texts, figures and conditions in all four languages — is created, reviewed and answered for by us. We use AI as a tool in drafting; every published piece of content, however, goes through human review and approval. Editorial responsibility lies with Varia Franchise GmbH. The photos on this website show real partner studios, real people from our network and real events such as our congresses and workshops.
